18 month warranty
Every canopy, dog box and accessory we build is covered for 18 months from the date of purchase — the entire box, not just the welds. And because we built it, warranty work happens at the same Burton workshop that made it.
What's covered
Materials and workmanship under normal use — welds, bracing, hinges, locks, seals and the alloy itself. If it fails because of how we built it, we fix it.
What's not covered
Damage from overloading, accidents, modifications, or mounting that doesn't go through the floor bracing on jack-off boxes. Normal wear to rubber seals and surface scratches on paint or raw alloy.
Making a claim
Call 0429 048 209 or email sales@infinityboxes.com.au with a few photos and your purchase details. We'll assess it from the photos or at the workshop, then repair or replace the affected part.
